By making a contribution on the website or through platforms connected to ONFA Wallet, you agree to comply with all terms of this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue the transaction.

In this document, “Sagaha Foundation”, “We”, or “Us” refers to the operator and manager of the fund; “You”, “User”, or “Contributor” refers to any individual or organization making contributions through ONFA Wallet.

2. Contribution Methods

Sagaha Foundation receives contributions exclusively through the ONFA Wallet ecosystem, via the following three methods:

2.1. Download ONFA Wallet and contribute via the Sagaha Foundation application

Users can contribute directly within the Sagaha Foundation app inside ONFA Wallet.

Process:

• Download and register an account on ONFA Wallet
• Verify your account (if required by the platform)
• Access the Sagaha Foundation application inside ONFA Wallet
• Deposit or hold OFT or OHO digital assets
• Enter the amount of OFT/OHO → Contribute

Only valid ONFA Wallet accounts can perform contributions.

2.2. Contribute via the Sagaha Foundation app on the onfa.io web platform

Users may contribute directly on the ONFA ecosystem website:

• Log in using your ONFA Wallet account
• Open the Sagaha Foundation application on the web interface
• Contribute using OFT or OHO

This method is convenient for users who do not use the mobile application.

2.3. Use the ONFA Wallet QR code on the Sagaha Foundation website

The Sagaha Foundation website provides:

• QR code for ONFA Wallet contribution
• Instructions for scanning via ONFA Wallet
• Supported assets: OFT and OHO

Process: ONFA Wallet → Scan QR code → Enter amount → Contribute

2.4. Important notes for contributors

• Sagaha Foundation does not accept contributions via cash, bank transfer, credit card, or any other e-wallet besides ONFA Wallet.
• All contributions must be made in OFT or OHO.
• Users must carefully check the wallet address, asset type, and amount before finalizing.
• Blockchain transactions cannot be modified or reversed; incorrect input may result in unrecoverable loss.
• Sagaha Foundation is not responsible if users send assets to the wrong address or incorrect asset type.

3. Transaction Processing Procedures

3.1. Transaction confirmation

Each successful transaction will be:

• Recorded in the ONFA Wallet transaction history
• Stored in the secure payment processing system

If the transaction fails, you may contact the support team for verification.

3.2. Storage & reconciliation

All ONFA Wallet transactions will be:

• Stored in the ONFA Wallet system
• Reconciled daily by Sagaha Foundation’s finance team
• Manually reviewed if discrepancies are suspected

4. Principles of Fund Management and Utilization

All contributions will be utilized based on the following principles:

4.1. Proper purpose

Funds will be allocated to:

• Charitable programs
• Community development
• Education – healthcare – emergency support
• Operational costs kept at a minimal and transparent level

4.2. Financial transparency

All revenues and expenditures are recorded and audited based on the following process:

• Full recording of every ONFA Wallet transaction
• Storage of documents and periodic reconciliation and auditing
• Public financial reports (annually or by project)

4.3. No personal use

No individual or organization is allowed to use the fund for purposes outside the established scope.

5. Financial Reporting and Disclosure

Sagaha Foundation is committed to publishing:

• Summary reports of projects funded
• Transparent information on social impact (Impact Report)

Reports may be publicly posted on the website or sent directly to contributors (if subscribed).

6. Refund Policy

Due to the charitable nature of contributions, donated funds are non-refundable except in the following cases:

• System errors from ONFA Wallet (e.g., assets deducted but transaction not recorded)
• Users entering an incorrect amount significantly beyond intended contribution
• Unauthorized transactions due to account hacking or misuse

Refund request process:

1. Send a request to the ONFA Wallet support email
2. Provide: transaction ID, ONFA Wallet receipt screenshot, amount, and transaction time
3. ONFA Wallet finance team will verify
4. Processing time: 5–15 business days (subject to ONFA Wallet verification speed)

7. Limitation of Liability

Sagaha Foundation is not responsible for:

• Incorrect wallet information entered by users
• System issues belonging to ONFA Wallet
• Losses caused by user device or internet errors
• Transactions not initiated by the Foundation’s system

We will provide support within allowable scope and coordinate with ONFA Wallet when needed.

8. Financial Information Security

• No bank card information is stored, as ONFA Wallet transactions do not require cards
• Transactions are secured according to ONFA Wallet standards
• Data is encrypted and stored on the Foundation’s secure systems
• Compliance with Sagaha Foundation’s Privacy Policy

9. Amendments to the Financial Policy

This financial policy may be updated based on:
